This nine-member board meets monthly to set policies and to review operations and financial reports of the cooperative. They follow seven cooperative principles in their decision-making as they guide the cooperative:

• Members' economic participation
• Autonomy and independence
• Education, training, and information
• Cooperation among cooperatives
• Concern for community
