Annual Meeting

Clarke Electric Cooperative, Inc. holds an annual meeting each year on or near September 10th as required in the by-laws.  The annual meeting gives the member-owners an opportunity to hear the business of the cooperative, elect directors, meet employees and enjoy visiting with neighbors and friends.

The 71st Annual Meeting was held on September 12, 2011 at the Clarke Community High School
