Annual Meeting a Success

The 72nd Annual Meeting of the Membership was held September 10th with a crowd of nearly 400 members.  Newly elected to the board to fill the at large seats were, Aldene Morgan and Randy Rouse.  In District 4, Incumbent Kyle Kelso was re-elected to the board.  Long-time Director, Ralph Evans was term limited after serving five, three year terms or 15 years.  The Late Paul Keller's seat was also filled.  Members enjoyed a free pork sandwich provided by the Madison County Pork Producers and entertained during dinner by Pat Meade.  Following the Business Session The Rumley Brothers performed several songs. A $10 energy credit was given to all attending members.  The reorganizational meeting was held after the annual meeting and the following directors were elected to serve as officers of the cooperative:  Frank Riley, president; Tom Carson, vice president; Kyle Kelso, secretary; Randy Gaumer, treasurer; and Marilyn Marsh, assistant secretary/treasurer.
