Board of Directors
The nine-member board meets monthly to set policies and to review operations and financial reports of the cooperative. They utilize the seven cooperative principles in their decision-making as they guide the cooperative:
- Voluntary and open membership
- Democratic control
- Members' economic participation
- Autonomy and independence
- Education, training and information
- Cooperation among cooperatives
- Concern for community
