Our service territory covers approximately 2,000 square miles. Any person requesting electricity within our boundaries, as defined by the Iowa Utilities Board, will be provided electric service. The map shows the newly revised director districts. The cooperative by-laws state the Board of Directors will annually review the composition of the director districts to try to keep the number of members represented by the directors as nearly equal as possible. If the districts are found to have inequities, the districts should be realigned. The districts were realigned on March 24, 2010.
