USDA Revolving Loans

The Community Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) was established to improve the quality of life in rural areas by contributing to long-term improvements in local economies.  It was created by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Economic Development Agency.  Clarke Electric channels RLF funds to businesses that meet program criteria.   To date, we have administered several RLF's in south central Iowa.  As the funds are paid back, these monies will become available for re-lending.  Direct inquires to Clarke Electric Cooperative.  To learn more about the USDA Revolving Loan fund click here.
