CLARKE ELECTRIC'S INDUSTRIAL PARK
 Clarke Electric owns a development site on the north edge of Osceola, IA. There are 43.6 acres on the site, available to business or industry. The site is located at the crossroads of Interstate 35 and Highways 34 and 69. Osceola is located 40 miles south of Des Moines, IA and 150 miles north of Kansas City, MO. The site has railroad access as well.
