Program Rewards Requirements
Remove and recycle old, inefficient
operating appliances		   Appliances must be in operating condition when tested at time of pickup. You must be a member of CEC. Appliances must be left at the curb or a readily accessible location at the members' residence. Limit of three rebates for operable units per address.
