The Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) was established to improve the quality of life in rural areas by contributing to long-term improvements in the local economy. It was created by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Economic Development Agency. Clarke Electric serves as the vehicle to channel funds to businesses that meet program criteria. To date, we have administered three RLF's in south central Iowa. As the funds are paid pack, these monies will become available for re-lending. Inquires should be directed to Clarke Electric Cooperative.
