2020 Annual Meeting Changes Format
The Board of Directors have made the difficult decision to change the format for the 2020 Annual Meeting. Due to ongoing COVID-19 issues, and to ensure the health and safety of our members, employees, and the communities we serve, we will hold a virtual annual meeting for director elections on September 14, 2020. The meeting and abbreviated reports will be taped and posted to our cooperative website for members to view following the annual meeting.
Members will be able to vote by mail or drop off their ballots at the cooperative headquarters as in the past years. Reports and director candidate information will be published in the August Clarke REC Headlines Newsletter as well as the official notice sent to all CEC members in August.
We apologize that our friends and members will not get the opportunity to gather and share time together this year. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and hope we will be able to meet in person for the 2021 annual meeting. Please understand, we are committed to keep everyone safe.
Clarke Solar Farm Production
Watch the production of one of Iowa's first utility-scale solar farms! This site contains 1,296 solar panels and generates approximately 514,160 kWh of electricity, enough to power up to 515 homes.
